In this first session, we “map the territory”, presenting a theory of where Enneagram type structure comes from as a combination of temperament and adaptive protective strategies. A framework is given for softening the protective shell of the ego so we can access more of our Essence through the gifts of the 3 centers- head, heart and belly. Working with the patterns of our type from a somatic lens of perception will help to unwind patterns at a deep subconscious level that will reverberate to the heart and mind.
