Emotions are an essential part of being human. They are also important drivers of our health and well-being. Through my work as a mind, body, spirit practitioner, I have discovered that emotions are like keys with the potential to unlock pathways that lead to greater health, well-being, growth and expansion. Emotions can be our guides in the journey of healing and transformation. This is emotional alchemy. Like the ancient art of turning lead into gold, emotional alchemy transforms emotion into something of value; healing, insight, equanimity.
This one hour course includes a teaching about the emotions, guided Emotional Alchemy process and “wonder” questions which guide you to insights.
