In this video we cover the multi-layered heart center. It is a powerful center that unites all aspects of ourselves. The standing practice starts at minute 22.30. The meditation goes from minute 30-44. The rest of the session is looking at each type and the “vices and virtues” of each type. We learned a lot from everyone sharing their experiences.
