In this session we take a closer look at the somatic and energetic patterns of types 5, 6 and 7. We see how avoiding feeling fear in the body leads to seeking for solutions only in the mental center – becoming attached to feeling obligated to find understanding, troubleshooting problems and future planning and making others happy. This results in a distorted perceptions and conclusions in the head center.This split from the body also costs us our vital energy, our instinctual and somatic intelligence and just the joy and pleasure of feeling fully alive – from soul to cell!

I invite you to practice the guided process this week. It starts at minute 40 and goes to the hour mark. Notice when stress, anxiety or fear comes up and where it shows up in the body. What does your nervous system want to do to get away from it? What happens when you just stay present from a place of sacred Presence? We are tapping into the Holy Idea of Love in this practice which is all inclusive and results in wholeness and more aliveness. That becomes our motivation to do the practice which at times can seem counterintuitive!
