In this short video, you will learn about the main practices to “build the bridge” to your Essence by cultivating grounded presence, an open compassionate heart and the ability to become aware of your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations through the inner observer or witness. These 3 practices will allow you to stay more relaxed and give you access to more of your essential nature.
Part 1: The Essence of the Enneagram
In this session, we will cover the Why's of learning about the Enneagram. A brief history will be given along with explanations of the framework which include: the symbol, the centers of intelligence, the "wings and arrows". We will also cover some theories of where type comes from - nature and nurture and the soul's journey from ego to Essence. Finally, we will explore each type with a brief overview with an opportunity for sharing from the group.
